The contact form may process name, email, company, message and any data sent voluntarily by the user.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to answer contact requests, prepare proposals and manage requested commercial communications. The legal basis is user consent and/or pre-contractual measures requested by the user.

Retention and recipients

Data is kept for the time needed to answer and manage the request, then blocked or deleted when no longer necessary unless a legal obligation applies. Data is not transferred to third parties except legal obligation or necessary technical providers.

Rights

Users may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights by contacting privacy@quidora.com. Users may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos.
